About the Presidential Inauguration Leadership Summit

The Presidential Inauguration Leadership Summit is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for high school and middle school students to witness history and play a role in their future. Summit Delegates will attend the historic 58th Presidential Inauguration on the National Mall, be inspired by world-renowned speakers, participate in events that will solidify their path to becoming a future leader, work to create solutions to 21st century challenges as part of a Delegation for Change, and connect with fellow civic-minded, high-aspiring students.

Now, more than ever, students can play a real part in the political process, and educators, like you, can help make sure their voices are heard. By nominating your top students to attend the Presidential Inauguration Leadership Summit, you are doing just that.

At the Summit, your students will have the unique opportunity to be part of a Delegation for Change.  They will hear from subject matter experts and work together in small-group breakout delegations to generate solutions to real-world challenges that the next president and their generation will face.

If five of your nominated students enroll in the Presidential Inauguration Leadership Summit, you will have the opportunity to attend the Educator Summit free of charge.

There’s more than one way for you to make an impact. In addition to nominating students for the Presidential Inauguration Leadership Summit, you can also coordinate a district-sponsored and district-funded delegation to represent your school. If you are interested in coordinating a sponsored delegation, we encourage you to act fast as only 100 district-sponsored slots have been allotted.
