Your Letter of Participation describes your accomplishments during the program you attended, and it can be included in your college application. Download your personalized Letter of Participation here.
For programs where college credit is included, about one month after you successfully complete the program, you'll receive an email from the George Mason Admissions department at the email address you provided during registration. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder. This email will contain your Mason ID number ("G" number) and instructions for ordering your official university transcript online.
Your transcript will show a grade of "S" (pass) if you successfully completed the program, as Envision uses pass/fail grading. Keep in mind that once you open the transcript envelope, it becomes unofficial and can't be submitted to universities.
You can use your official transcript in several ways: keep one for your records or guidance counselor, send the unopened envelope to prospective universities when applying, or wait until you're accepted to a college and have it evaluated for credit (each college has its own evaluation process).

You will need your Alumni ID to access your personalized Letter of Participation. Your Alumni ID can be found in your program enrollment packet. Please enter only the last set of numbers after the dash (ex: 123456-12345678). Can’t find it? No problem. Just call our Office of Admissions toll-free at (866) 858-5323.
