Experience makes the difference! It’s Envision’s mission to partner with Educators in the effort to prepare our nation’s youth for future success. We’ve proven that combining the day-to-day mentorship and guidance that Educators deliver each day in school, with a challenging, outside-the-classroom experience can be a powerful, motivating, and often life-changing event to a student.  

The Envision experience focuses on enhancing leadership and career development skills for 21^st century success, while our program curriculum is designed to be stimulating, engaging and fun. Many programs take students to city centers of government, business and education, onto the nation’s top college campuses, and to important cultural and historical sites.

Students who attend Envision programs:

• Are encouraged to establish clear goals and become better prepared to make the most of high school, college and career opportunities.
• Gain true-to-life leadership experience with peers, in a stimulating and motivating environment.
• Are taught the critical importance of developing strong character.
• Improve their ability to communicate, work with and lead others and accept alternative views and backgrounds.
• Embrace analytical thinking and explore new models of solving complex problems.
• Earn college credit (for some high school programs).

Interaction with professionals, faculty advisors and peers is a central principal of the curriculum within every Envision program, helping them to explore various leadership and career challenges. Students play an active role in the curriculum, are encouraged to step forward and lead portions, to directly engage with business and government leaders, elected officials, professionals, faculty advisors and their peers as they explore various leadership and career challenges. 

It’s these challenges and interactions that take root in a student. Educators personally witness, upon the return of their nominees to the classroom, the impact our programs have on those students, and continue to nominate year after year.
