  • Will it be safe?
For nearly 30 years, Envision has achieved a stellar record of safely and successfully enriching the lives of students, providing them with superb educational experiences and professional supervision.

Your safety and well-being during the Summit is our highest priority. In addition to the secure residences for our scholars and professionally trained supervisory team, we have employed the consulting services of Mr. Thomas Albright, who has 36 years of experience working in local, state, and federal government, including 26 years with the FBI. Mr. Albright has provided law enforcement support for other events including the 2009 and 2013 Inaugurations, two Super Bowls, and a MLB All-Star Game.

    Other Envision safety measures include:
    • Posting clearly marked signage and greeting students at their designated arrival airport, and providing shuttle service from the airport directly to the program site, and back to the airport on departure day.
    • Providing students with a brightly colored and distinguishable article of clothing that they will wear when out in groups, allowing Envision team members to quickly identify our scholars in a crowd.
    • Securing exclusive access to the Smithsonian Air & Space and Natural History Museums for the morning of the Inauguration, so that students will be able to stay warm before securely moving out onto the National Mall for the ceremony.
    • Retaining additional support staff to guide the students, as well as posting additional Envision team members throughout the National Mall.
    • Transporting students to the Mall in private motor coaches and securing nearby parking for the buses for quick access and departure if needed.
