How the Application Process Works

Oxbridge programs are designed for academically minded and passionate students. We require a complete application to be submitted and approved prior to enrollment.

When you’re ready to begin your application, click the Apply Now button. You will be offered the option to apply with a Student ID. If you have participated in an Envision by WorldStrides program in the past, you have a Student ID.

Most applicants do not have Student IDs when applying. In this case, the application portal will create a Student ID for you. After creating your student profile, select Oxbridge Academic Programs from the list of available programs.

• Major and Minor or Workshop Course Preferences

• Teacher Information

  All applicants are asked to submit the name and contact details of a teacher or counselor who can speak knowledgeably about them.

  If you are applying for a French or Spanish language immersion course, please provide the contact details of your language teacher who can attest to your language mastery.

• Personal Statement

  In a statement of approximately 500 words, tell us why you would like to attend Oxbridge, what interests you about the courses you hope to take, and what you will contribute to the program. Please share your academic and extracurricular interests and anything else that will help us get to know you.

• Students applying for courses in France or Spain that include a language-immersion component should write their personal statement in English and provide an additional writing sample in French or Spanish.

• Payment Options

  To complete your application, we require a deposit or tuition payment. There are three payment options:

• Pay in full
• Pay a $500 deposit and begin a monthly payment plan
• Pay a $1,000 deposit and pay the remaining balance in April 2026

Deposits will be refunded to applicants that are not accepted to the program.

The personal statement, grade reports, and immersion material can be provided after the initial application, as long as you have paid the deposit. Once we have received your complete application, our Admissions Team will review it and provide your admissions decision within three weeks.
