Who we are
For decades, we've helped students discover their potential
Envision runs experiential learning programs for students from elementary school through high school, having served more than 800,000 students since 1985. Every program is built around one idea: students grow the most when they're doing, not just listening.
Envision is part of WorldStrides, the country's largest provider of educational travel, trusted by families and schools since 1967. That means every program you nominate a student for is backed by decades of experience getting kids out into the world safely.
Your student's safety comes first
Every program is staffed by carefully screened advisors, held to strict supervision ratios as tight as 8 to 1, and supported by 24/7 on-call access for families. Nightly room checks, background-checked staff, and health and safety protocols built with our medical advisory team keep students safe from the moment they arrive to the moment they're back home.

What students and parents are saying
I looked at Envision and saw something special, an extraordinary opportunity to empower kids, let them explore a career, and develop the skills they need to succeed.
Diedra's experience was positive, and I believe she grew in many ways, one of the most important being that the Forum help her define what she really wants to do with her career.
Amber had a life-changing experience in your program. Upon her return, she came in to all of my Anatomy classes and spoke to them in detail of the knowledge and experience she gained, the contacts she made, and overall how wonderful the event was....

Click here to nominate your students today. Our 2-step process is easy and quick. First, you’ll need to create your educator profile and then you will be able to enter the necessary details about your nominees.
We are always on the lookout for quality educators to join our nominating team. At our programs, students have an opportunity to identify educators who have been a special inspiration to them and who they think would be interested in nominating students. We also ask educators who have previously nominated to recommend colleagues who would like to learn more about our programs.
No, nominating students is completely free of charge.
You can easily submit your nominations online through the Educator Portal. You will just need to create your Educator profile. If you need program brochures or additional information emailed to you, please contact our team.
No problem! Please contact our support team with your full name and email address, and we will be happy to look up your ID for you.

Your nominees’ information is stored securely and is never shared. For more than 30 years, we have recognized students across the nation, and we maintain a strict, comprehensive privacy policy.
Students leave Envision programs with a clearer sense of purpose and direction. They build leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills—qualities that colleges and employers value. Many also earn college credit or receive a Certificate of Completion to enhance their resumes.
After You Nominate
It typically takes 4 to 6 weeks for students to receive their invitations by mail. (Note: If you submitted your nominations via fax, the processing time is approximately 6 to 8 weeks).
Delivery times can vary. If several weeks have passed and a student still hasn't received their physical invitation, we can send them a digital invitation. We just need the student's (or parent's) email address to proceed.
It can take up to 48 hours for new nominations to process and become visible in your portal.
Please contact our support team, and we will promptly update the student's record in our system.
They are welcome to call our Admissions team at 866-858-5323.

Tuition, Scholarships, & Financial Assistance
Yes, we offer partial scholarships ranging from $250 to $750, which can cover up to 30% of the total tuition cost. Please note that scholarships do not cover the initial $499 enrollment deposit.
Students can apply through our online application portal. Scholarships are awarded based on a combination of financial need, academic performance, and extracurricular involvement. The application requires details about the family’s financial situation, the student's activities, and a 300 to 500-word essay.
The assignment depends on the specific program. For example, a STEM program essay might ask: "Describe a career in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math that you would like to learn more about. What excites you about this career, and what do you think it takes to be successful in it?"
There are multiple deadlines throughout the year! For our Summer 2026 programs, there is generally a scholarship deadline every month (usually falling on the second-to-last or last Wednesday of the month). If a student misses one deadline, they might be able to apply for the next one.
Yes. We offer an Alumni Grant (10% off tuition) for returning students, and a Sibling Discount ($200 off residential programs; $100 off day programs).
All of our programs are tuition-based. The exact price varies depending on the specific program, the location, and whether it is a residential or day program. However, we offer scholarships and provide fundraising resources to help families manage the cost. (Note: The tuition cost does include the initial deposit fee).
