Amy Blank, M.D. 

Dr. Amy Blank is an audiologist and has served in the US Army for over 29 years, on active duty, in the Reserves and the Wisconsin National Guard, and as a civilian employee. Dr. Blank earned her Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point in 1990, her Master’s Degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1993 and her Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) from Central Michigan University in 2008. Dr. Blank is a Lieutenant Colonel serving as the Director of the Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Center at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and the Deputy Consultant to the Surgeon General for Audiology. She was previously assigned at Fort Campbell, Fort Rucker, Fort Bragg, Korea and Joint Base Lewis-McChord. While primarily serving as an audiologist in the military, Dr. Blank has also held positions as the Chief of Preventive Medicine, Troop Commander, Intermediate Level Education (ILE) Instructor, Executive Officer and Public Health Emergency Officer. She is a past president of the Military Audiology Association (MAA) and the Joint Defense Veterans Audiology Association (JDVAA). Dr. Blank is married to CW5 John Blank and has two children, Sarah age 16 and John age 9.

Hameed Khan, M.D.

Dr. Khan has served as a Scientist at NIH for over 20 years. He designs drugs to silence genes that cause cancers. He is a discoverer of AZQ, a novel class of drugs designed to shut off gene that causes brain cancer. For his discovery, he was honored with one of America’s highest award in medicine, “The 2004 NIH Scientific Achievement Award.” He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Chemistry and was elected to the American Science Advisory Board. Christina Enzmann, M.D. DrMed, FACOG, NCMP

Dr. Enzmann is a board certified Obstetrician Gynecologist and is passionate about minimally invasive surgical procedures including robotic surgery. She is striving to improve women’s daily life by treating and educating about heavy menstrual bleeding, fibroids and endometriosis. She holds a designation as a COEMIG surgeon [Center of Excellence for Minimally Invasive Gynecology]. One of her particular interests is treatment and prevention of recurrent vaginitis. She is also a certified Menopause practitioner and has special expertise in treating women with menopausal health complaints, including hot flushes and painful intercourse. Her office welcomes transgender patients for the full range of gyn services.
