What a Wild Super Tuesday That Was!
Bernie won four states and Ted is not dead! Super Tuesday results defied convention, continuing what promises to be one of the most historic presidential elections ever. Super Tuesday usually crowns nominees for each party, but instead we are faced with entrenched battles for the nomination in both parties.
Our Chase the Race 2016 student reporters Abigail Kelly and Zachary Crilley covered the evolving election drama yesterday from the youth perspective. They met with Republican National Committee and Democratic National Committee leaders, attended a hyper-energized John Kasich rally, interviewed several voters at the polls, and then attended an election results watch party.
Along the way Abby and Zack asked a wide swath of diverse stakeholders about the issues that matter most to young voters. The end result was a 26-minute video program that spanned a wide swath of topics and views.
We published the webisode version of our program today on chasetherace2016.com with all of our dynamic interviews. Watch today and see how the presidential election is impacting students like you.
Our coverage continues next week with the final Democratic Debate in Miami between Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton. Don’t miss Chase the Race 2016. Watch the webisode today!
