Continuing Your Growth After an Envision Program

There have been multiple studies showing that while building technical knowledge and skills are important, developing strong soft skills and traits are the secret ingredient to future success!

Over the summer, Envision partnered with PAIRIN to help students understand their strengths, develop soft skills, measure soft skill growth and explore different career paths. Prior to your arrival at the program, you completed the PAIRIN survey, and through the PAIRIN dashboard received your personalized Readiness Top Strength Reports. At the program, you then discussed your top strengths with your group.

What can you do to keep developing your soft skills post-program? Supporting the future goals and dreams of our alumni is important to us! Access your PAIRIN account, which includes PAIRIN Pathways, a great tool to help you develop. PAIRIN Pathways is the first cross-industry career exploration tool that combines hard and soft skills with previous work history and interests, to guide students toward experiences, skills, and programs that will accelerate their success. Detailed information is available on over 600 careers, which can be filtered by personal preferences such as desired location, salary, education requirements, and opportunity rating. PAIRIN Pathways also has a built-in resume generator and shows students a breakdown of steps they can take to achieve their ultimate career path.
