Envision hires more than 800 educators and professionals every summer to facilitate, teach, enable, and empower transformational experiences for our students. Our programs are as fulfilling for our staff as they are for our scholars, and many teachers come back to work for Envision year after year.

What to Expect
If you are seeking a summer job that is personally fulfilling, you will not be let down by your Envision experience. Our seasonal staff usually work for us for 3-6 weeks. They live on location and are provided with housing, meals, and a competitive salary. Our training sessions equip you with the skills and knowledge you’ll need to deliver an exceptional experience for our students.
Working for Envision also means enhancing your own skills. We take our training seriously - you will learn best-practices in public speaking, team-building, and time management, while working with an exceptional group of like-minded peers and professionals.
We invite current and former Seasonal Employees to refer their friends and coworkers for seasonal positions. You will receive a $100 bonus for each person you refer who is hired and completes their full summer term. These bonuses will be paid at the end of the summer, once all programs are complete. In order for you to receive credit, your referrals must include your name as the Envision Employee who referred them to the position on their application.
